The Pressure Of Spring 1999
A short film that looks at a series of young people who lives are at transitional phases: between school and work place, between teenage and adulthood. It harnesses the strangeness of yearning for a more urban lifestyle whilst living in an environment that is close to wild, raw nature yet at the same time, connected to a global technological world. Often their experiences combine trance like activities such as dune racing and surfing with the harshness of places such as the factories for primary food production.
