Earthdom 2005

A twin-screen video work that looks at the expansive landscape of the Fenlands in eastern England and its liquid topography, where water circulates like energy, offering an indispensable and pervasive influence on all biological life. The work follows parallel patterns of flow, finding vivid and elegant connections between the impulses and processes of nature and recent cultural and technological phenomena.
